PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 

Booking online is easy! Please read these quick points before booking your appointment below!

• FORMS: After booking, you will receive an email with electronic forms to complete prior to your arrival. If you are an existing client and have already completed forms for this service within a year, you do not need to fill them out again unless you are booking a new service or if there are any changes to your medical history. These forms will also provide pre-treatment instructions if necessary. Please complete all necessary forms more than 24hrs prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation.  Please check spam/promotions folders. If you do not receive your forms within 24hrs of booking, please text 544-99.

• CANCELLATIONS: Please notify us more than 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason. You will receive a text message confirmation two days prior to your appointment. Please reply "confirm" to keep your appointment or "cancel" or "reschedule" if you need to change your appointment.  Appointments canceled or changed less than 24hrs prior to your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. 

• MULTIPLE SERVICES: If you are booking multiple services, please select "book another appointment" after you've completed your first appointment booking. If you are booking multiple treatment areas of Laser Hair Removal, please select the largest or lengthiest area first and list the other treatment areas in the comments box provided.  We will contact you if we are unable to accommodate the additional areas.
